My roasted Muscovy duck.


This is my Muscovy duck (itik Serati) from my farm after being roasted. It's take longer time to roasted compare to Peking duck. As a result a very nice crispy skin and tasty tender duck meat.

Little Muscovy duckling (Itik Serati)






















This is the first batch of Muscovy ducks that arrived at my farm near Banting Selangor.This young duckling was only two days old and they are kept in a special house to keep them warm all the time and the air temperature should be around 29C to 32C.
During this stage I need to monitor and to ensure they get enough water to drink and feed them with duck starter.
