Free tips. Papaya for tenderizing your red meat.

Sometime we wonder on how we can serve a very nice cooked tender meat at our dining table. Do you know that raw papaya is a tenderizing agent for red meat. For your infomation papaya contain an enzyme that digest protein from your meat.
Before cooking the meat, take a raw papaya and peel the skin. Grind the raw papaya with a bit of salt. Smear roughly the grind papaya with the red meat and leave it for about an hour in a room temperature.
Try it and you will get a very tender meat to be serve as a result.
